Privacy Policy

Last updated July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how EVO11VING LLC (“EVO11VE”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the EVO11VE website at evo11veagency.com, The Network / EVO Access, the Creator Growth Membership and our related services (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who is responsible for your data

EVO11VING LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is responsible for the information described in this policy. For any question or request relating to your data, write to support@evo11veagency.com.

2. Information you give us

Account and contact information: your email address, and the name, company, phone number and preferences you choose to provide.

Brand enquiries: what you send us through our contact and campaign forms, including your budget range and the description of what you need.

Creator applications: the information you submit when applying to The Network, such as your social handles, market, niche, rates and availability.

Membership information: what you upload as part of the Creator Growth Membership, including photos, screenshots of your metrics, biography, rates and preferences, so that we can produce your materials.

Support communications: the content of the messages you send us.

3. Information we collect automatically

Usage data: pages viewed, searches performed within the platform, approximate country, referring site, device and browser type, and the general time of access. We use it to operate the platform, measure interest and detect abuse.

Essential cookies and local storage: we use them to keep you signed in, remember your language and store your preferences. Without them the private areas cannot function.

Analytics: we use a product analytics provider, acting as a processor on our behalf, to understand which parts of the site are used and at which step people stop. This measurement travels through our own domain, not the provider's. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across other websites.

Session recording: we may record how a page is used, meaning clicks, navigation and scrolling, in order to find problems in the experience. What you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser: we can see that a field was filled in, never what you wrote in it. Passwords and payment card details are never captured.

4. Public information about creators

The Network compiles publicly available information about creators, such as public profile data, published content and aggregate engagement metrics, in order to provide discovery, estimates and scores to brands.

This information comes from public sources and from what creators themselves supply. If you are a creator and want your information reviewed, corrected or removed, write to support@evo11veagency.com and we will act on your request.

5. Data from Instagram and other social platforms

If you are a member of the Creator Growth Membership, you may optionally connect your Instagram account. This connection is not required to use the membership, and it only happens if you explicitly authorize it through Instagram's own permission screen.

What we access: with your authorization we read your account's basic profile information and its aggregate metrics, such as followers, reach, impressions, profile views and the performance of your recent content. We do not read your private messages, and we do not post, publish, delete or modify anything on your account.

Why we use it: exclusively to prepare your own membership materials, including your media kit, your rate card, your Growth Score, your audit and your recommendations. We do not sell this information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with brands as raw platform data.

Access tokens: the credential that allows us to read your data is stored in encrypted form and is used only to refresh your metrics. It is never shared with third parties.

How to revoke: you can disconnect at any time from your member dashboard, or from Instagram's settings under the apps and websites section. From that moment we stop retrieving new data and the stored credential is invalidated. Metrics already incorporated into documents you generated remain within those documents until you ask us to delete them.

How to request deletion: to request deletion of the data obtained from Instagram, write to support@evo11veagency.com or use the data deletion request available at evo11veagency.com/api/instagram-data-deletion. We will confirm the request and act within a reasonable period.

Our use of data obtained from Meta platforms complies with the applicable Meta platform terms and policies.

6. How we use your information

To provide the Services: create and maintain your account, deliver the materials you request, coordinate campaigns and provide support.

To process payments and manage subscriptions, through our external payment provider.

To communicate with you: send you transactional messages about your account, your subscription, your deliverables and your payments. These messages are part of the service and cannot be opted out of while you hold an active account, although you can unsubscribe from purely promotional communications.

To improve and protect the Services: understand usage, fix errors, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain the security of the platform.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

7. Automated processing and artificial intelligence

To produce membership materials and some platform tools, we process the information you provide using automated systems and third-party artificial intelligence models under contract, which act as processors on our behalf.

We do not authorize those providers to use your personal information to train their own general models. Automated output can contain errors and should be reviewed by you before use.

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you on a solely automated basis.

8. How we share information

With service providers who work on our behalf and only on our instructions, by category: cloud hosting and databases, payment processing, transactional email and messaging, analytics, and artificial intelligence processing.

With brands, in the context of a campaign: when you participate as a creator in an engagement, we share what is necessary for that engagement, such as your professional profile, your public metrics and the agreed deliverables.

For legal reasons: when required by law, a court order or a valid request from an authority, or to protect the rights, safety and property of EVO11VE, our users or third parties.

In a corporate transaction: if the business is reorganized, merged or transferred, information may be transferred as part of that operation, subject to this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

9. Payments

Payments are processed by an external payment provider. Your card details are entered directly with that provider and we never receive or store the full card number. We retain only what we need to manage your subscription and our accounting records, such as the status of the subscription and the identifier of the payment customer.

10. How long we keep information

Account and membership information: while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that you can return without losing your history.

Billing and accounting records: for as long as tax and commercial law requires.

Data obtained from connected social platforms: while the connection is active, and we delete it after a deletion request or a reasonable period after you disconnect.

Usage and analytics data: in aggregate form, for statistical purposes.

You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to what we are required to keep by law.

11. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of credentials, access controls, session limits and monitoring for anomalies. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep this one so.

If a security incident occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and opt out of marketing communications.

To exercise any of these rights, write to support@evo11veagency.com from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

13. Children

The Services are directed to people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, write to support@evo11veagency.com and we will delete it.

14. International transfers

We operate from the United States and our providers may process information in other countries. Where we transfer information internationally, we do so using mechanisms that provide an adequate level of protection under applicable law.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will change the date at the top and, where the change is material, we will give notice through the Services or by email.

16. Contact

Questions or requests about this Privacy Policy can be sent to support@evo11veagency.com.

This Privacy Policy is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. EVO11VING LLC recommends you review it with your own counsel before relying on it.
